What's on in Sandgate - Folkestone?

The Sandgate Music Festival starts this Saturday at 5.00pm with the Free Opening Concert- Colrose 6, Rock Choir at the Saga Pavilion.

Farmers Market

 

This Saturday 10.00am- 12.30pm- the Farmers' Market is taking place at Chichester Hall- come along and buy some of the wonderful goodies.

 

Lorry parking

On Wednesday 8th June 2016 ( 7.30pm for 8.00pm) - The Greenwall Lecture- 'Lorry Parking in Kent' will be given by Councillor Matthew Balfour- Cabinet Member, Kent County Council at Chichester Hall. Members £2.50 and Non Members £3.50 (includes welcome drink).

 

Cinema screenings

Thursday June 9th - 8.00pm- Sandgate Community Cinema- Chichester Hall- a screening of three films recalling the Battle of the Somme. First, a Kent view of WW1, then a documentary about the role of War Horses in the war and then the official government film The Battle of the Somme concludes the evening. Admission £5.00.
