Man charged over supermarket thefts in Whitstable, Herne Bay and Faversham

A 21-year-old man is to appear in court charged in connection with thefts from supermarkets in Faversham, Whitstable and Herne Bay.

Work is underway on Canterbury council’s city centre security bollards scheme, which will see 105 bollards installed at 18 locations.



Man reportedly slashed across the back with knife in Sidney Street Folkestone

It is reported that at around 7pm on Sunday 28 July 2019 a man travelling in a white Volkswagen Polo got out of his car and assaulted a man who was walking in Sidney Street, Folkestone.
