Zebra crossing gets go ahead at busy Folkestone West station

Following an approach by a local resident to Lib Dem councillor Tim Prater in 2019,  over a new pedestrian crossing at Shorncliffe Road near the footpath to Folkestone West train station, a positive response from Kent Highways has been received.
